BATH, BANGOR, AND BAR HARBOR - Cathy passed away peacefully April 26, 2016, at Winship Green in Bath after a long battle with Huntington's disease.

Cathy was a 1970 graduate of MDI High school. She went on to graduate from EMVTI and Husson College earning an Associates degree, two Bachelor degrees and a Master's degree. Cathy was a Certified Public Accountant, who enjoyed both teaching and working with her clients. Cathy was an avid animal, music and book lover, who often spent hours on end reading with her cat snuggled up next to her. Cathy will be remembered for her passion for the things she believed in and those she loved.Cathy was predeceased by her parents, Mary Lou and Richard Alley; her beloved siblings, Debbie Miller and Rick Alley; and her special niece, Jennifer Novak. Cathy will be dearly missed by her dear friend, Kathy Sprague; her son and daughter-in-law, Todd and Kerrie Alley-Violette; her three grandchildren, Abhi, Hannah, and Jennifer; her sister-in-law, Ronda Alley; her five nieces, Caeleih, Danne, Alyssa, Katherine, and Bri; nephews, Nick and Alex; cousins, Peter, Chuck, Tim, Lori and Toby; and many other family and friends whose lives she touched. Family and Friends can celebrate her life on Saturday, May 7 at the Bar Harbor Masonic Hall at 11 am.
